硅橡胶表面状态的非晶带材压磁性能的研究

采用4284A阻抗分析仪,在0-1MHz频率范围内,研究了不同测试温度和退火条件下硅橡胶表面状态的非晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9带材的压磁性能。结果表明,非晶带材的阻抗变化|ΔZ|随着压应力和频率的增加而增加,对0.1MPa以下的微应力变化非常敏感;在13-37℃测试温度范围内,随着温度的升高,非晶带材压磁灵敏度增加,37℃时压磁性能最好;退火温度低于300℃时,非晶带材经300℃×0.5h退火处理后,其压磁性能最好。

The effect of annealing process and testing temperature on piezomagnetic properties of amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3 Si13.5B9 strips that surface covered silicon rubber are studied in the frequency range of 0Hz-1MHz by 4284A impedance analyzer. The results show that |ΔZ| of amorphous strips increase as stress and frequency increase, the amorphous strips are very sensitive when stress change from 0MPa to 0.1MPa; When testing temperatures are in the range from 13-37℃, sensitivity of piezomagnetic properties increase as temperature increase, especially in 37℃ The piezomagnetic properties of amorphous strips are the best at 300℃ for 0.5h when annealing temperatures under 300℃.
