研究决策者以不同形式给出其模糊偏好信息的群决策问题.首先,利用三角模糊运算的一些拓展法则和不同模糊偏好信息之间的转换公式将模糊效用值型、模糊互反判断矩阵型的偏好信息形式一致化为模糊互补判断矩阵型.其次,以三角模糊数的期望值为排序工具,利用FOWA算子对一致化的决策信息和方案的优势程度进行集结,依据综合优势度的期望值对方案进行排序,提出一种新的模糊群决策方法.最后,通过实例说明方法的可行性和有效性.
The group decision-making problem of fuzzy preference information given by the decision-maker in different forms was investigated.Firstly,fuzzy utility values and fuzzy reciprocal judgment matrix were uniformed into fuzzy complementary judgment matrices by using some extended operational principles of triangular fuzzy numbers and the transformation formulas for different forms of fuzzy preference information.Secondly,the expected value of triangular fuzzy numbers was regarded as a ranking tool.The fuzzy ordered weighted averaging(FOWA) operator was used for aggregating both the uniformed decision-making information and the dominance degree of every options.According to the expected values of synthetical dominance degree of the option,the options were ranked.Thus,a new method of fuzzy group decision-making was obtained.Finally,an ctual example was given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.
