The paper recommends action mechanism of context in personalized information service, sets up a reference model of context-sensitive adaptive information service function. It divides the model into four levels, including demand layer, contextual service layer, context processing layer and resource layer, and discusses in detail each layer＇s Functionality and components. Finally, it analyses the key links to realize adaptive personalized information service, including semantic annotation of resources, user context reasoning and human-computer interaction interface.
