企业间的主观信任关系往往对业务服务选择起决定性作用,同时地理位置和排队等待时间会影响业务服务的选择结果。针对这一现状,为更准确地选择业务服务,进行了面向服务的业务生态系统的形式化定义,提出了基于信任关系的业务服务选择方法。综合考虑业务服务QoS指标、企业间的物理距离、信任度和等待时间等因素,建立了业务服务选择模糊机会约束目标规划模型,进而针对模糊约束的特点,建立了模糊约束到清晰等价类的转换关系式。采用遗传算法对所建模型进行了求解。设计了4组实验进行算例分析,实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
英文摘要：
Subjective trust relationship among enterprises always plays a key role in the process of business services selection,besides,geographical location and waiting time could influence selection results of business service.To deal with this circumstance and to select business service more appropriately,service-oriented business ecological system was formally defined and a trust-based business services selection method was proposed.A fuzzy chance constraint goal programming model was established by taking Qos properties,locations,trust relationship and waiting time into consideration.According to the characteristics of the fuzzy constraints,a converted equation was established to convert fuzzy constraints into crisp equivalents,and the equivalent crisp model was solved by genetic algorithm.Four groups experiments were designed to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
