随着外资驱动型产业集群在我国东南沿海地区的大量出现,它们是否能促进东道国企业的发展引起了学者们的兴趣。在对苏州集群企业问卷调查的基础上对集群中企业技术创新和经营绩效的影响因素进行了实证研究。利用结构方程建模方法对所提出的概念模型进行了验证,结果表明,企业的吸收能力能够有效地促进溢出效应的发生,并且对企业技术创新有显著的影响,但FDI溢出效应却不能提高企业的技术创新能力。集群内企业可以通过技术创新和FDI溢出效应两种途径提高企业的经营绩效。
英文摘要：
Researchers are interested in whether local enterprises can benefited from FDI technology spillover in FDI-driven industrial clusters.Taking Suzhou as an example,the study analysis the factors of technological innovation and business performance in the industry cluster.The hypotheses of conceptual model are tested by using structural equation model.It is illustrated that absorptive capacity can promote the FDI spillover effects and is positive related to technology innovation,but FDI spillover effect itself can not improve the enterprises＇ technological innovation.However,enterprises in the cluster can improve business performance through both technological innovation and FDI spillover effects.
