提出一种测试光纤拉力的硬件设计方法。在轮式侧边抛磨机上添加光纤拉力测试系统,实时监测和记录抛磨过程中光纤拉力的变化。对硬件系统获取的信息采用串口通信,由计算机直接采集并反馈到侧边抛磨机,对提高光纤抛磨的精度有重要的影响。光纤拉力可以通过测量轴向拉力来反映,因此轴向拉力数据的采集和处理是光纤拉力测试的核心部分。
A kind of fiber tension test of hardware design' s method was put forward. Fiber tension test system was added to the fiber-polished machine, which was monitoring the changes of fiber tension in the process of fiber-polishing. The information that hardware system obtain was gathered directly by computer using serial communications. It had an important effects on improving accuracy of fiber-polishing. Fiber tension could be reflected indirectly by measuring axial tension. Therefore the acquisition and processing of axial tension is the core part of fiber tension test.
