It discussed the research trend of service innovation by using Scott＇s histological stratification theory to screen and review the ontcoms of service innovation for the recent ten years in China, and made a multi-angle statistical analy- sis on 49 articles. It finds that service innovation research progress in China under organization theory perspective is open rational dominated, and appears the development path from rational to natural, from enclosed to open. The future research direction is propelled from natural and multi-agent interaction views.
