针对武钢综合废水回用处理工程目前的运行情况,对其进行了增加污泥回流和优化投药量的动态模拟试验。通过对优化后污水处理效果的分析,证明了该物化处理工艺优化后对废水的处理效果有明显的改善。结果表明:在前混凝中,通过投加一定量的Ca(OH)2使其pH保持在9.6左右,同时保持10%的污泥回流比,聚合硫酸铁的投加量为30mg/L;在后混凝中,聚丙烯酰胺的投加量为0.1mg/L,聚合氯化铝的投加量为2mg/L,浓硫酸的投加量为12mg/L,则其最终出水可以达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范(GB50050—95)》水质要求。
The dynamic simulation test on technical optimization of chemical dosage and dosing pattern was investigated on the basis of the running situation of the comprehensive wastewater treatment projects in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company(WISCO).Through the analysis of optimized sewage treatment effect,it proves that the optimized process has significant improvement compared with the former.The results of the dynamic test indicate that in the first coagulation stage,the pH of the wastewater is controlled at 9.6by adding a certain amount of Ca(OH)2,at the same time,the sludge reflux ratio is maintained 10% and the dosage of polymeric ferric sulfate is 40 mg/L.In the second coagulation stage,the dosage of polyacrylamide is 0.1mg/L,the dosage of polyaluminum chloride is 2mg/L,the dosage of concentrated sulfuric acid is 12mg/L.The effluent could meet the requirements of Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Design Specification(GB50050—95).It is estimated that WISCO will produce at least 6.2million yuan annual.
