为解决萘系有机中间体废水给环境带来的巨大污染,通过电催化氧化法处理难降解吐氏酸废水,以配置吐氏酸溶液的COD和电流效率为衡量标准,确定最佳反应条件为:电解时间30 min、电流密度为150 m A/cm2、氯化钠浓度5 000 mg/L。进行了羟基自由基抑制实验和将电解质Na Cl换为Na2SO4的实验,结果表明,电化学反应对吐氏酸的降解以间接氧化为主,且由Cl-电解产生的Cl2、Cl O-和HCl O不仅在间接氧化还是在整个电解实验过程中都发挥了主要氧化作用。
To solve the problem about the Naphthalene organic intermediates wastewater pollution to the environment,Tobias acid wastewater was treated through electro-catalytic oxidation method. Choosing COD and current efficiency as measurement standards,the best conditions were ensured,that was,electrolysis time was 30 min,current density was 150 m A / cm2 and concentration of supporting electrolyte sodium chloride was 5 000 mg / L. In addition,the hydroxyl radicals inhibition experiment and the electrolyte change experiment from Na Cl to sodium sulfate were carried out to explore the mechanisms of electro-catalytic oxidation. The experimental results show that indirect oxidation has more contribution in the electrochemical reaction. Moreover,some active oxidants like Cl,Cl O and HCl O generated by chlorine ions electrolysis played a decisive role in the indirect oxidation as well as the whole electrolysis process.
