为了研究热水解-厌氧消化Fenton脱水处理工艺对污泥中重金属稳定性的影响,通过BCR分步提取法对国新天汇裹阳污泥处理厂的生污泥、厌氧消化污泥、Fenton调质脱水污泥这3种不同处理阶段的污泥分别进行了重金属形态分析。结果表明,不同处理阶段污泥中只有砷元素以不稳定的酸溶态和可还原态为主。生污泥、厌氧消化污泥、Fenton脱水污泥重金属的稳定态比例总体呈依次升高趋势。因此,热水解-厌氧消化-Fenton脱水处理工艺有利于增强污泥中重金属的稳定性,实现污泥的无害化处理。
The thermal hydrolysis-anaerobic digestion-Fenton process, which has a good development prospect,is con- sidered as an effective process for the disposal of sewage sludge. This study aimed at investigating its effect on the stability of heavy metals in sludge. BCR method was adopted to analyze the morphology of heavy metal in three kinds of sludge (raw sludge, digested sludge, Fenton-oxidizing dewatered sludge) from the Guoxintianhui Sludge Treatment Plant. The experimental results show that only As exists mainly in unstable acid soluble state and reduced state. Besides, the proportion of heavy metals in stable state ascends in turn of raw sludge, digested sludge and Fenton-oxidizing dewatered sludge. Hence, it is beneficial to treat the sludge by the thermal hydrolysis-anaerobic digestion-Fenton process, which can en hance the stability of heavy metals in sludge and then realize the environmental-friendly disposal of sludge.
