采用A/O工艺处理高浓度氨氮合成氨废水,通过两个月的调试运行,对其最佳运行参数和影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,高氨氮合成氨废水经稳定运行的A/O系统处理后,出水水质可达到《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13458-2013)的直接排放标准;最佳运行参数如下:进水量为300m^3/h,氨氮负荷〈0.12kg/(m^3·d),硝化液回流比为200%,污泥回流比为80%,C/N值为4.5~5.5,污泥浓度为3500~5000mg/L;系统内碳源不足时,投加碳源可以明显提高脱氮效果;当进水氨氮浓度〉400mg/L、氨氮负荷〉0.12kg/(m^3·d)时,氨氮去除率明显下降;氨氮去除率与游离氨浓度近似呈二次函数关系,最佳游离氨浓度为40mg/L。
The A/O process was used for treatment of synthetic ammonia wastewater with high concentration of ammonia nitrogen. Two-month trial operation was performed to investigate the optimal operation parameters and influencing factors. The results showed that after treatment by the A/O process, the effluent quality could meet the direct discharge criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Ammonia Industry ( GB 13458 - 2013 ). The optimal operation parameters were as follows : the influent of 300 m^3/h, ammonia nitrogen loading rate of less than 0.12 kg/( m^3 . d) , nitrified liquid recirculation ratio of 200% , sludge return ratio of 80% , C/N = 4.5 to 5.5 and sludge concentration of 3 500 mg/L to 5 000 mg/L. When there was lack of carbon source, adding carbon sourcecould effectively improve the efficiency of nitrogen removal. When the influent concentration of ammonia nitrogen was more than 400 mg/L, and the ammonia nitrogen loading rate was more than 0.12 kg/(m^3 . d), the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen obviously decreased. There was an approximately quadratic functional relationship between the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and free ammonia concentration. The optimal concentration of free ammonia nitrogen was 40 mg/L.
