近二十几年来,洋快餐把市场公关的主要方向定位在儿童群体,取得了很大的成功。本文的研究表明,儿童摄入洋快餐不仅导致肥胖而且还会增加罹患其他疾病的概率。进一步的实证分析表明,儿童对洋快餐的偏好以及儿童摄入洋快餐的数量,与其自身的健康饮食知识及家长的教育引导相关,与洋快餐企业的宣传诱导相关。因此,应该在加强对儿童及家长教育的同时,规范洋快餐企业的经营行为。
In the past twenty years, western fast food companies took children as their main target consumers, and achieved great success. This study showed that children's intake of western fast food will not only cause obesity but also increase the probability of suffering from other diseases. Further empirical analysis shows that, the degree of children's preferences on western tast food as well as the quantity of children's intake of western fast food related to their own knowledge of healthy eating, to their parental education, as well as the propaganda of western fast lk~od enterprises. Theretore, it is necessary to strengthen the education of children and parents, as well as to regulate the operations ot western fast food enterprises.
