为了研究灌木铁线莲AMF多样性及其季节性变化规律,2014年从大青山干旱阳坡地采集了灌木铁线莲根际土壤及细根。通过形态学的方法从3个不同月份的土壤中分离鉴定AMF孢子。从不同季节30份根际土样中分离出了无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)、Rhizophgus、类球囊霉属(Paraglomus)、盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)、球囊霉属(Glomus)、多孢囊霉属(Diversispora)、Ambispora、内养囊霉属(Entrophospora)、管柄囊霉属(Funneliformis)、Claroideoglomus、Septoglomus等11个属的51种AMF孢子。由实验结果得出AMF孢子密度在3个月份分别是:5月305.65、7月446.33、10月355.45,3个月份间有显著的差异性(P〈0.05)。种的丰度和多样性指数在3个不同月份也有明显的差异。研究结果表明:大青山灌木铁线莲根际土壤中有丰富的AMF,而且AMF种类按7月〉10月〉5月的规律变化,这对筛选优良、适应当地气候的AMF种类以及利用AMF资源促进灌木铁线莲生长等方面提供了基础数据。
In order to elucidate the diversity and seasonal variation of AMF community of Clematis fruticosa, soil samples and fine roots in the rhizosphere soil of C. fruticosa were collected from drought sunny - slope in Daqingshan Mountains in 2014. AMF spores were isolated from the investigated soil samples of 3 different months by using morphology method. The AMF spores belonged to 11 genera and 51 species were isolated from 30 samples of the rhizosphere soil from different seasons, including Acaulospora, Rhizophgus, Paraglomus, ScuteUospora, Glomus, Diversispora , Ambispora , Entrophospora , Funneliformis , Claroideoglomus and Septoglomus. The spore density, species richness and biodiversity of AMF in 3 different months differed obviously. The results show that it was rich in AMF in the rhizosphere soil of C. fruticosa, and the species of AMF changed with the rule of July 〉 October 〉 May, which supplied the basic data for choosing the excellent AMF varieties adapted to the local climate and utilizing the AMF resources to promote the growth of C. fruticosa.
