文章提出了一种基于10m长的光子晶体光纤(PCF)Sagnac环结构的超宽带全光波长转换方案。所使用的PCF光纤具有非线性系数高、超宽带范围内的色散平坦等特性,可实现基于四波混频和交叉相位调制效应的全光波长转换开关。通过调节连续光信号或37 MHz飞秒激光器产生的泵浦光的光波长,实验验证了该结构在C+L波段范围内的超宽带可调谐特性。同时还测量了该结构的时域响应,验证了波长转换开关特性。
This paper presents an ultra-broadband all-optical wavelength conversion switch using a Sagnac mirror based on 10 m-long photonic crystal fiber (PCF). The PCF used in this study has many advantages of high nonlinearity, small but fiat dispersion within ultra-broadband, etc., which can realize all-optical wavelength conversion switch based on four-wave mixing and cross-phase modulation. By adjusting the wavelength of continuous optical signal or the pumping light from the 37 MHz repetition rate fcmtosecond laser, the ultra- broadband tunable characteristics of all-optical wavelength conversion switch in C+L band is demonstrated. Besides, the time-domain response of the switch is measured and the switching characteristics of the switch is verified.
