目的:考察参麦注射液(SMI)对心衰(HF)犬内源性洋地黄样物质(EDLS)的影响。方法:将造模成功4周后的心衰犬20只随机分为对照组和SMI低、中、高剂量组,每组5只。对照组予生理盐水20mL,低、中、高剂量组分别予SMI0.517、1.034、1.551mL/kg(用生理盐水稀释至20mL)静脉推注qd×7。分别于第1d给药后即刻、0.5、2、4、8、12h时点,第7d给药后即刻、0.5、2、4、8、12h时点取静脉血2mL,用RIA法测定血清EDLS浓度。结果:SMI可提高心衰犬血清EDLS浓度,且随给药剂量和次数的增加呈现出一定的量效关系和累积效应。结论:SMI对心衰犬血EDLS具有动态调控作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection(SMI) on endogenous digitalis-like substance(EDLS) in the model dogs with heart failure(HF).Methods:Twenty model dogs with HF were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control one(0.9% NaCl injection 20 mL iv qd ×7,n=5) and the low,middle and high dose ones of SMI(administrated by 0.517,1.034 and 1.551mL/kg,diluted to 20 mL with 0.9% NaCl injection,iv qd ×7,n=5).On the 1st and the 7th day separately,blood samples(2mL) were collected before and after administration at 0h and 0.5h,2h,4h,8h and 12h.The EDLS concentration in serum was determined by radio-immunity assay(RIA).Results:SMI could elevate the blood concentration of EDLS and showed accumulating effect with its administration dose and times increasing.Conclusion:SMI had the dynamic regulation effect on EDLS in model dog with HF.
