目的考察参麦注射液对心衰犬组织内源性洋地黄样物质(EDLS)浓度的影响。方法将造模成功4周后的心衰犬6只,随机分为对照组和参麦注射液组,每组3只。对照组予生理盐水20mL,参麦注射液组予参麦注射液1.551mL/kg(用生理盐水稀释至20mL)静脉注射。给药后4h处死实验犬,分别摘取分离心肌、肾上腺和下丘脑,制成生理盐水匀浆冰冻保存(-80℃),用放射免疫分析法检测匀浆中的EDLS浓度。结果参麦注射液组肾上腺、下丘脑的EDLS浓度高于对照组,心肌EDLS浓度有高于对照组的趋势。结论参麦注射液可增加心衰犬肾上腺、下丘脑、心肌EDLS浓度。
Objective To investigate effect of Shenmai injection(SMI) on tissue concentration of endogenous digitalis-like substance(EDLS) in the model dogs with heart failure(HF).Methods Six model dogs with HF were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=3) received intravenous injection of normal saline 20 mL and SMI group(n=3) received intravenous injection of SMI(1.551 mL/kg).All dogs were executed at 4 h after administration.The homogenate of samples of heart,adrenal gland and hypothalamus were frozen(at-80 ℃).The EDLS concentrations in tissue samples were determined by radio-immunity assay.Results EDLS concentration of adrenal gland and hypothalamus in SMI group were significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion SMI could increase the EDLS concentration of adrenal gland,hypothalamus and heart in the model dogs with HF.
