在新产品开发中,合理有效的功能模块划分对于设计师独立地寻求更多功能新解有着重要意义。通过深入分析影响产品模块化的内因和外因,提出产品功能模块划分的功能准则和需求准则,建立基于广义有向图和改进质量屋的准则形式化和量化模型,给出基于模糊聚类的模块划分步骤,建立基于耦合度的模块划分方案评价数学模型。最后以摩托车盘式制动器的功能模块划分为例,说明上述方法的应用及有效性。
It is meaningful for improving the design originality that enhancing the degree of concurrent design and enabling the designer to seek as more new solutions as possible separately. A rational and effective scheme of function module partition is the key. After analyzing the inner and outer factors affecting modularization, rules of function module partition for creative design are presented, the rules are formalized and quantified based on generalized directed graph and improved house of quality. Steps of function module partition are given and a fuzzy clustering based arithmetic is presented, a mathematic evaluation model based on degree of coupling is established to decide the right scheme of function module partition. The method is proved applicable and effective in an instance of function module partition of motorcycle-hydraulic-disk brake.
