为弥补汽车道路试验中某些性能参数难以用硬件测量的缺陷,提出了一种间接测量踏板力和整车软件分析相结合的软测量方法,通过LabVIEW控制USB数据采集器采集制动踏板力信号,数据处理后输入MATLAB计算程序,实现汽车制动性能软测量,为汽车制动性能道路检测方法提供了新思路,也为汽车整车及制动器相关参数设计提供了试验平台。
To set off the hardwarew measurement disadvantage, a soft test measurement based on brake pedal force test and vehicle software analysis were discussed. LabVIEW controls the USB data acquisition device to collect the brake pedal force that input to MATLAB calculating program after processing. The test instrument realized the soft measurement of vehicle braking performance, provided the new idea for vehicle performance road test and offered the test platform for correlation parameter design.
