In the process of agricultural industrialization,cooperatives have obtained great progress in agricultural production ability and improve the economic benefits through constantly expanding the scale of operation. However,cooperatives are still in a weak position in the supply chain due to their own limitations in management. Therefore,the production and management modes should be innovated. The vertical integration of cooperatives help cooperatives break away from the role of agricultural raw materials production,break the tradition of fixing cooperatives in the production processes of agricultural supply chain caused by the division of agricultural production. Through the integration of cooperatives with every link in the supply chain,cooperatives extend the value chain and realize the maximum benefits and agricultural modernization.
