Supply-chain integration represents the innovation for traditional organization and management mode and market competition mode; farmer specialized cooperatives' participation in supply-chain integration means the optimization and integration process from the internal to external of cooperatives, and the value chain from the local to the whole. Cooperatives are producer of raw material agricultural products, and chan- ging it disadvantage position needs the following measures, such as fostering the core competitive power of the cooperatives, making out paths to developing cooperatives, integrating supply chain and improving overall op- eration efficiency of supply chain. The horizontal integration type of the participation includes dependent ap- proach and equal one, while the vertical integrated type covers independent strategic alliance, embedded one and supply-chain one. The horizontal and vertical integrations could reduce the cost of market transaction dur- ing cooperatives' production and operation. Cooperatives can be strengthened by improving their integration, defining way and range of cooperative integration, choosing optimum partners, extending management border and enhancing integration of information within cooperatives.
