利用传输矩阵方法,对偏振无关Michelson光纤干涉仪可见度进行理论分析,给出相应的数学表达式,并对可见度的限制因素进行了系统分析,为高可见度偏振无关Michelson光纤干涉仪以及高灵敏度干涉型光纤传感器的设计和制作提供了理论依据。
The visibility of polarization-insensitive fiber-optic Michelson interferometers is studied. Mathematical expression is deduced based on the transmission matrix method. The limitation factors of visibility are systematically analyzed in detail. This paper provides a theoretic reference in accurately designing and implementing polarization-insensitive fiber-optic Michelson interferometers with high visibility and hence high sensitive fiber-optic interferometric sensors.
