目的探讨新疆维吾尔、汉族变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)患者免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)和干扰素-γ(Interferon gamma,IFN-γ)水平的差异及其与鼻黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosionphils,EOS)浸润的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked Immunosorbnent Assay,ELISA)测定62例维吾尔族AR患者和59例汉族AR患者血清IgE和IFN-γ水平,高倍显微镜下观察鼻黏膜嗜酸细胞病理切片并计数。结果维吾尔、汉族AR患者血清IgE和IFN-γ水平差异无统计学意义(t值分别为-1.208和-1.205,P均〉0.05);维吾尔、汉族AR患者IgE水平与鼻黏膜EOS计数均呈正相关(r值分别为0.583和0.622,P均〈0.05),IFN-γ水平与鼻黏膜EOS计数均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.453和-0.526,P均〈0.05)。结论维吾尔、汉族AR患者IgE和IFN-γ水平无明显差异,IgE和IFN-γ在维吾尔、汉族变应性鼻炎发病过程中均发挥重要作用,AR患者IgE和IFN-γ水平表达与鼻黏膜EOS浸润相关。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the level of serum IgE and IFN-γ and nasal mu- cosa eosinophilic infiltration in Xinjiang Uyghur and Han patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods By using double-antibody Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), the level of serum IgE and IFN-γ in 62 Uyghur AR patients and 59 patients Han's AR were analyzed, and pathology smear was observed and nasal smear mucosa eosinophil was counted under high-power microscope. Results There were not signifi- cantly difference in serum IgE and IFN-γ levels between Uyghur and Han patients with allergic rhinitis (t values were --1.208 and --1.205, P 〉0.05), IgE levels and nasal mucosa eosinophil count were positively correlated (r values were 0.583 and 0.622, P 〈0.05), IFN-γ levels and nasal mucosa eosinophil count was negatively correlated (r values were -- 0. 453, -- 0. 526, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There were not significantly differences in serum IgE and IFN-γ levels between Uyghur and Han patients with allergic rhi- nitis. IgE and IFN-γ play important roles in the course of AR in Xinjiang Uyghur and Han patients with al- lergic rhinitis. Expression of IgE and IFN-γ are associated with eosinophilic infillration in nasal mucosa.
