讨论了炮制前后月腺大戟中总黄酮含量的变化.采用回流提取法提取总黄酮.在单因素实验的基础上采用L9(34)正交试验优选回流提取月腺大戟总黄酮含量的工艺条件.以芦丁为对照品,在波长为232.5 nm处测定吸光度,用紫外分光光度法测定炮制前后月腺大戟中总黄酮含量.实验结果表明,用牛奶和诃子汤炮制后月腺大戟的总黄酮含量明显降低.
The article discussed the change of total flavone quantity via Different Artillery Method. Using detection wavelength at 232.5 nm and rutin as the standard sample. The flavones substances were determined through reflux ex-traction and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Based on the experiment of single factor, the optimum extraction conditions of total flavone from Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata were studied. The results showed that the content of total flavone in the milk and Terminalia chebula Retz soup artillery product of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata reduced.
