The data distribution of the key parameters in DNA dynamic structure was calculated on the basis of protein-DNA complex crystal structural data in up-to-date nucleic acid database. The results show that the distribution of the most parameters is non-gauss distribution on x^2 test. The skewness and kurtosis of the data distribution curve indicate that the conclusion is correct.
