借助设计知识系统提升复杂产品创新设计能力,实现满足新需求的产品新功能,是设计创新的关键.采用六元组定义产品功能—行为—结构设计知识本体模型,建立产品设计知识库.对于产品设计中由新需求引出的新功能,提出基于变型空间的功能—行为—结构本体映射获得极大一般变型功能元或者极大变型特殊功能元.采用分层递进的功能—行为—结构本体映射策略,以名称相似度搜索产品设计知识库实现产品的创新设计.基于层次分析的产品创新设计评价模型,评价基于变型空间的功能—行为—结构本体映射的产品创新设计方案.通过多绳金刚石串珠锯的产品创新设计及评价实例验证了所提方法的有效性.
To improve the innovation design of complex products based on knowledge system,the key technique which satisfied the demand of products' new function was realized.The six-tuple structure was used to define product Function-Behavior-Structure (FBS) designing knowledge ontology model and estilibish products design knowledge base.For the new function introduced by new demand in product design,concept learning based on variant space was proposed to get the general function unit or special function unit.With the progress leveling FBS ontology mapping strategy,product innovation design was accomplished by searching product design knowledge base with name similarity.Based on leveling analysis model of product innovation design,the product innovation design based on FBS ontology mapping of variant space was evaluated.The validity of the proposed method have been verified by the example of innovation design and evaluation of multi-wire diamond saw.
