This article analyzes research papers of knowledge diffusion included in Web of Science and CNKI based on the literature management tools such as Endnote, Refviz. Investigations reveal that： there are four topics which naturally emerge from the practical research papers of knowledge diffusion. These topics indicate the research features of knowledge diffusion from the aspects of content and method, which have important reference values to carry forward the research of knowledge diffusion.
