文章从个体隐性知识的产生这个根本问题入手,借鉴认知心理学中的内隐学习理论揭示了个体隐性知识的产生机理,以此为基础利用认知心理学中的重复表征模型阐述了个体隐性知识显化的基本原理,进而构建了个体层面的隐性知识产生与显化的螺旋运动模型,以此为依据设计了图书馆知识社区用户隐性知识产生与显化的应用框架。
Starting with the fundamental problem of the generation of individual tacit knowledge, and using the implicit learn- ing theory in cognitive psychology for reference, this paper reveals the generation mechanism of individual tacit knowledge, and based on this, uses the repetitive representation theory in cognitive psychology to describe the basic principle of making individual tacit knowledge explicit. The paper further constructs a spiral movement model of generating individual tacit knowledge and making it explicit at the individual level, and based on this, designs an application framework of generating user tacit knowledge and making it explicit in library knowledge community.
