Tag co-occurrences are to dig relevant tags through semantic relevancies and content relevancies from the mas-sive information resource collections, and is an effective way to aggregate resources. This paper analyzes the method of aca-demic blog knowledge resource aggregations, proposes the framework of academic blog knowledge resource aggregationsbased on tag co-occurrences, establishes a tag co-occurrence network,analyzes essential features of the tag co-occurrencenetwork, and aggregates knowledge resources. It has vast importance to improve rates of knowledge completeness andknowledge precision, to organize and aggregate academic blog knowledge resource, and to construct ontology and semanticnetwork.
