The main body.of oasis is in the arid area ofXinjiang, Gansu Hexi Corridor, and Qaidam Basin in Qinghai in northwest China. The region is dry ,but the light and heat resources are especially rich. Accelerating the realization of agricultural modernization in the oasis in Northwest is directly involved in rural economic development in Northwest China. Agricultural enterprises, as an innovative business of agriculture, can promote the rational flow and combinations of the productive elements in agricultural Oasis to achieve the best configuration, and realize the modernization of the agricultural oasis in Northwest.
