全要素生产率是衡量经济增长方式的重要指标,本文采用非参数Malmquist生产率指数方法,对新疆兵团1978-2009年的全要素生产率增长、效率变化和技术进步率进行了估算和分解。结果表明：在此期间,兵团全要素生产率总体上呈现上升的趋势,技术收敛有着下降的趋势,并建议兵团采取一定的政策和措施来增加这种收敛性。
英文摘要：
Total Factor Productivity（TFP） is an important index to measure the pattern of economic growth.Based on the decomposing model of total factor productivity change（Malmquist Productivity Index）,the paper analyses provincial productivity change during 1978~2009 years in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps（XPCC）,and analyses convergence of provincial technical efficiency.The conclusion indicates that the total factor productivity of XPCC generally shows growth situation during the period.The technical efficiency presented the downward trend.Therefore,it is necessary for XPCC to take certain policy and measure to promote this kind of convergence trend.
