本文研究如何在我国金融业加快开放的大背景下预防银行系统性风险。首先结合国内外学术研究成果对引起银行危机的各种因素进行分析；其次根据我国商业银行实际，系统设计了银行危机预警指标体系，并且借鉴国际惯例、国际金融法规和一些专家意见确定了各项指标的安全区间；在此基础上，运用该指标体系对我国银行安全状况进行适时监测分析。

英文摘要：

This paper mainly studies how to prevent the financial risks in the process of China＇s financial reform and opening to the outside world. Some research results at home and abroad have been analyzed first. And based on the realities of the Chinese financial banks, the paper suggests the index system for the risk prevention and sets up the safety standards according to the international practice and international financial laws. Monitoring strategies of the financial bank risks are also offered.
