根据零件的特征提出一种非线性工艺规划的新方法,并将非线性工艺规划划分为工序规划和工步规划两个子任务。通过比较特征之间的工艺规程形成整个零件的最长工艺链,由此生成零件的工序并进行工序排序;通过搜索AOS树实现零件的工步设计和工步排序,最终完善零件工艺路线。
A new method for nonlinear process planning based on features was put forward, and the task of process planning was divided into procedure planning and working - step planning. Procedure was produced and sequenced by comparing process of features of part, and working - step was produced and sequenced by searching AOS tree of all process.
