制造业是工业的主体,装备制造业是制造业的核心,制造装备是典型的复杂产品。随着世界工业技术水平的不断提高,全球化市场竞争的不断激烈,对于复杂制造装备的需求不断多样化、复杂化,这就为复杂产品设计方法理论的研究发展提供了契机,同时也是极大的挑战。文中提出了一种三维立体分类法,利用该方法对复杂产品设计方法进行了分类讨论,从而对复杂产品设计方法理论研究现状有了更明确的认识,为其发展开辟了更大的空间。
Manufacturing industry is the main body of industry, the manufacturing of equipment is the core of manufacturing industry and the equipments are typical complicated products. Along with the ceaseless enhancement of the world industrial technological level and the unceasing impetuosity of the global market competition and the incessant diversification and complication of the requirements on the complex manufacturing of equipment, a turning point was thus provided on the research and development of the theory of designing method for the complex product and at the same time was a tremendous challenge as well. A kind of 3D solid classification method was put forward in this paper. A classification discussion has been carried out on the designing method of complex product by the use of this method, thus a more clear recognition was got on the current researching situation of the designing method theory of complex products and a bigger room has been opened up for its development.
