基于设备全寿命周期成本(LCC)建立配电网变电站选址定容新模型,模型同时考虑了变电站上级输电网、下级配电网、变电站的初始投资、运行维护成本、停电损失、废弃成本,以LCC最低的方案为最佳规划方案,协调了规划方案的可靠性与经济性。建立了配电网停电成本计算模型,模型反映了停电频率、停电持续时间及停电电量对停电成本的综合影响,能更科学地计算出停电成本。提出了全局收敛性更好的随机变异多粒子群协同优化算法对上述模型进行优化求解。规划实例验证了上述模型和方法的正确性和有效性。
A new model for distribution substation locating and sizing based on the life cycle cost(LCC)of equipment is developed.The initial investment,operation and maintenance cost,fault cost,disposal cost of substation superior power grids,lower power distribution networks and transformer equipment are considered in the new model.The ideal scheme is determined by the minimum LCC,coordinating reliability and economy.The fault cost calculation model of the distribution network is built,which reflects the comprehensive effect of the frequency,duration and quantity of outage on the fault cost.A new algorithm based on the improved stochastic multi-particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented.With the global searching capability of the new algorithm enhanced,the new model has proved feasible and practical by aplanning project.
