英文摘要：

The impact of cyber attack on electric power infrastructure has increasingly become a hot spot issue which calls lbr attention of both domestic and foreign researchers. The analysis of the behaviors of government and industry has benefits on the understanding of the development status and trends of this issue. This paper firstly summarizes and analyses the governments and industries that are concerned with this issue, including functional departments in the government, technical departments and enterprises. Besides, the research status and progress of the projects supported by governments and industries both from home and abroad are investigated and elaborated. Based on the background and technology aspects, this paper finally presents a comparison on the research approach and major concerns of the departments mentioned above and points out the different understanding and solution methods on this issue.
