随着旅游者对旅游体验的多样化和高质量的需求,越来越多的旅游企业认识到单个企业无法满足旅游者的需求,因此,旅游服务供应链成为旅游企业的新的关注点。在知识经济时代,信息资源共享已经成为旅游服务供应链创造价值和获得服务竞争优势的重要手段。本文通过问卷调查,采用结构方程研究方法,实证研究了旅游服务供应链信息资源共享与供应链绩效的关系。结果表明,作业信息、财务信息共享对供应链绩效具有显著正影响。因此,本文构建了旅游服务供应链信息资源共享激励的评价、反馈与修正模型。并在此基础上提出了基于信息资源共享激励,提升旅游服务供应链绩效的对策建议。
With the demand of diversification and high quality of the tourist experience, more and more tourism enterprises realize that a single enterprise can not meet the need of tourist.Therefore, the tourism supply chain has become a new focus of tourism enterprises.In the information economy era, the information resource sharing has become an important way to create value and gain competitive advantage of tourism service supply chain.Using the structural equation method,the article makes an empirical research on the relationship between tourism service supply chain information resources sharing and supply chain performance through questionnaire.The results show that the sharing of operational information and financial information has a significant postive effect on the information performance of supply chain.Accordingly, the article bulids a tourism service supply chain information resource sharing incentives-evaluation, feedback and correction model.And based on that it offers the tourism service supply chain information resource sharing incentives,and the incentives suggestions.
