随着大数据时代的到来和互联网平台技术的广泛应用，旅游信息化建设成为中国旅游产业可持续发展的重要步骤：智慧旅游应时而生。然而，一些基于景区承载力问题发生的公共旅游安全事故凸显出智慧旅游建设的不足。立足于智慧旅游、智慧景区理论，根据旅游景区承载力理论研究进展的智慧性趋势，将旅游景区承载力分为筑基期、发展期与成熟期3个发展时期，回顾了1980-2015年间国内外承载力的相关研究，并分析每个时期中承载力理论与智慧旅游、智慧景区间的关系；接着通过总结三者间的关系框架图、共融性特征描述了承载力与智慧旅游结合的联系与必然性。最后，针对国内景区承载力研究的智慧化发展进行反思，并针对相关问题提出对策，为后续研究提供理论依据。

英文摘要：

With the advent of the era of big data and the wide application of the Internet platform technology,building tourism in-formation has become an important step in the sustainable development of our country＇s tourism industry.However,some of the safety accidents based on the shortages of carrying capacity revealed the building problems of smarter tourism.Based on the theo-ry of smart tourism,tourist attractions and the smart trend of tourism carrying capacity,this paper divided TCC into 3 periods of base,development and mature.This paper reviewed the development of the carrying capacity concept between 1980-2015 in do-mestic and abroad.It also analyzed the relationship between the theory of smart tourism,tourist attractions and tourism carrying capacity in each period;then,through summarizing the framework of relationship between the three blend features,it described the tourism attractions carrying capacity and smart tourism with contact and necessity.Finally,this paper reflected on the smarter trend of the development of the domestic tourism attractions carrying capacity,and put forward some countermeasures to solve re-lated problems,providing a theoretical basis for further study.
