节事举办地需要有特别出色的节事活动产品提供给节事活动的参与者,以满足参与者个性化的休闲需求。系统针对节事举办地居民休闲制约、休闲动机、节事参与决策进行研究,有助于化解、克服休闲制约因素,将居民休闲需求转化为市场动力。选取开封清明文化节为案例,以举办地开封居民为调查对象,将居民休闲制约、休闲动机、节事参与建立结构方程模型。研究结果显示:①休闲制约与节事参与有负相关关系,其中内在制约(路径系数=-0.187)对居民的节事参与产生显著性影响;②居民休闲制约与休闲动机有负相关关系,其中内在制约(路径系数=-0.217)、人际间制约(路径系数=-0.215)对内部动机产生显著性影响,结构性制约(路径系数=-0.130)对外部动机有显著性影响;③所有动机因子都与节事参与有正显著性影响。最后,在分析本研究结论的基础上提出了本研究的不足和未来的研究方向。
To meet the individual needs on leisure of participants, the host city should provide participants outstanding festival products. It will contribute to resolving and overcoming leisure constraints factors, and translating leisure needs of residents into market driving force to make a systemic research on leisure constraints, leisure motivations and festival participation of residents. The case of Ching Ming Cultural Festival of Kaifeng is selected, and Kaifeng native is researched as respondents to establish the Structural Equation Model of leisure constraints, leisure motivations and festival participation of residents. Three conclusions have been drawn in this study: ① leisure constraints have negative impact on festival participation, in which internal constraints (path coefficient=-0. 187) have significant impact on festival participants of residents ②leisure constraints have negative impacts on leisure motivations, in which internal constraints (path coefficient=- 0.217)and inter-relational constraints (path coefficient= - 0. 215) have significant impact on internal motivations, structural constrains (path coefficient=-0. 130) have significant impact on external motivations ③ all motivation factors have significant positive impact on festival participation. In the end, based on the con- clusions of this study, the insufficiency of this study is put forward and the recommendations on the future study are also given.
