Integrated with three noncircular gear items, a new noncircular planetary differential was put forward, which may deliver variable proportional torque onto its two output axes. The new conceptive differential may be applied to off-road vehicles and may help to improve passing capacity. The driving theory and the design method of pitch curves were presented,and several case studies were illustrated.
