对越野汽车分动器非圆行星齿轮差速器的节曲线设计进行了研究,给出了节曲线的约束条件,对几种常用的典型曲线进行了计算与分析。结果表明:Reuleaux曲线具有独特性质,是等宽曲线,以三角形Reuleaux曲线作为中心轮的节曲线,先求出与之满足纯滚动关系的行星齿轮节曲线,进而求出齿圈的节曲线,从而组成新型差速器模型;通过三角形边长、发生圆半径、传动中心距等参数选择,可以设计出非常理想的传动节曲线组合方案,既能实现合适的运动关系,又能保证节曲线封闭,为这种新型差速器的设计提供了理论基础与技术支撑。
As a key technique for development of noncircular planetary differential, the design method of pitch curves was presented, and several popular curves such as ellipse, Pascal and Reuleaux were discussed. Case studies show that the Tri- angular Reuleaux has a potential value applying for centre gear. Through parameter adjustment, a suitable pitch curve inte- gration of centre, planetary and ring gears can be figured out. The performance of the Reuleaux - based differential is illus- trated by the transmission ratio of conversion mechanism, which shows that the input torque may be delivered at a proper variable proportion onto its two output axes.
