介绍了一种利用Pro/E软件对汽车变传动比限滑差速器非圆锥齿轮进行参数化建模的方法,该方法亦可用作普通圆锥齿轮的精确建模。并在同一软件中利用Pro/Mechanica模块,完成了对变传动比齿轮的有限元分析,同时避免了接口传递可能产生的数据误差。使用CAE工具解决了传统计算方法不能准确校核变传动比限滑差速器非圆锥齿轮强度的问题。经过对比,仿真计算结果与实验结果相符合,验证了变传动比齿轮在该动力参数下满足强度要求。
This paper introduced a parametric modeling method to build the non-circular bevel gear of variable ratio limited-slip differential of the automobile with the software Pro/E,and the method can also be used for accurate modeling of ordinary bevel gear,using the Pro/Mechanica module in the same software to complete the finite element analysis of variable ratio gear,avoiding the interface transfer data errors that may arise at the same time.The using of advanced CAE tools to solve the problem that the traditional method can not exactly check the strength of non-circular bevel gear of variable ratio differential.By contrast,the simulation results meet the experimental results and prove that the variable ratio gear satisfies the intensity requirement under this dynamic parameter.
