英文摘要：

Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of ginsenosides in Bushen Huoxue prescription. Method： With ginsenoside Re as reference substance, the content of ginsenosides in Bushen Huoxue prescription was determined by spectrophotometry after HC104-vanilin staining. Result： The calibration curve of ginsenoside Re was linear in the range of 50.1μg -150.3μg. The average recovery was 99.95% and RSD was 2.33% （n=6）. Conclusion： This method can be used for the quality control of Bushen Huoxue prescription with good precision and reproducibility.
