目的:研究确定含葛根复方制剂给药血浆中来自葛根的移行成分。方法:采用液质联用技术对含葛根复方制剂给药血浆所含化学成分进行分析,并采用相关对照品进行对照。结果:含葛根复方制剂给药血浆中有4个移行成分(大豆苷元、葛根素、葛根素木糖苷、大豆苷)来自葛根所含原型成分,一个代谢产物m/z225可能来自葛根。结论:复方血浆中能检测到葛根的主要有效成分,研究结果为阐明含葛根复方制剂药效物质基础提供了一定实验依据。
Objective: To study and identify the constituents absorbed into blood from the plasma sample of medicinal preparation containing pueraria. Methods: The analysis of the chemical constituents absorbed into blood from pueraria was performed by means of LC-MS/MS, and the result of the analysis is compared with related reference substance. Results: Five compounds absorbed into blood were identified, among which four were original constituents of pueraria (including daidzein, puerarin, puerarin xylosidase, daidzin), aother metabolite m/z225 might come from pueraria. Conclusion: The main bioactive constituents of pueraria can be detected from the plasma sample, and the research results have laid experimental foundations for clarifying the bioactive constituents of medicinal preparation containing pueraria.
