The data quality has an important influence on the informatization construction. This paper firstly analyzed the key dimensions such as completeness, consistency and accuracy of date quality, and then proposed an efficient data quality management framework based on those dimensions. The quality analysis and control model was built, and some methods and techniques to improve the data quality in hydrology database were discussed in practice view.
