文章针对移动服务的多维属性,以用户需求为中心,应用多维度多层次方法构建了数字图书馆移动服务质量评价模型。在此基础上,综合相关文献设计了移动服务质量测度量表,并通过信度分析和探索性因子分析对量表题项进行了净化,验证了模型因子结构的合理性,为数字图书馆移动服务质量评价提供了有效工具。
Based on the multi-dimensional attribute of mobile service and users' needs, this paper constructs digital library mobile service quality evaluation model by using multi-dimensional and multi-level mode. On this basis, the paper designs the mo- bile service quality measure scale with the comprehensive related literature and purifies the measuring items through reliability analy- sis and exploratory factor analysis. Furthermore, the paper also verifies the rationality of the factor structure of the model, which pro- vides effective tool for the evaluation of digital library mobile service quality.
