采用问卷调查方式,研究并分析了广东高校研究生教育的发展现状。调查发现,广东高校研究生在学业压力、就业压力、生活压力、导师评价、课程评价、学校评价和服务评价7个维度中呈现差异化表现,且因为研究生性别、学位层次、就读年级、培养类型、学科属性、学校属性的不同具备倾向性的分布特征。研究结果表明,当前的不足主要集中在高校间发展不均衡、毕业生就业功利性强、课程前瞻性不够、研究生学术科研能力不佳、研究生导师的学术指导欠缺5个方面,需要从调结构、转观念、关注心理健康、强化学术指导和优化课程建设、提供差异化服务的视角入手改善广东高校研究生教育水平,服务社会的全面发展。
The questionnaire survey is carried out in order to study and analyze the development status of graduate student education in Guangdong universities. It is discovered from survey that graduate students in Guangdong universities take on different states in 7 dimensions like schooling pressure, employment pressure, living pressure, director evaluation, class evaluation, school evaluation and service evaluation. And they also possess tendentious distribution characteristics due to differences in graduate students" sex, degree level, grades, culture type, subject attribute, and school attribute. The results show that the present deficiencies main- ly concentrate on the following aspects, including the unbalanced development among universities, strong utili- tarian of graduate employment ,less prospective of subjects ,low academic scientific research ability of graduate students, and insufficient academic direction of graduate supervisors. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the structure, transform the viewpoints, pay much attention to mental health, strengthen academic instruction and optimize the construction of subjects, offer differential services, in order to improve the educational level of graduate students in Guangdong universities, and serve the all - round development of our society.
