Unsettled multicultural make the students＇ moral value judgment do not know how to take it,the reason is that the relationship of multi-culture and value relativism are ambiguous,which become the biggest obstacle of American and Chinese college students＇ moral education.How can we break the predicament？Solution should be found from the root of disorder,thus,value regression become the inevitable choice.The moral core values and the subject value of＂human＂return which makes traction with two countries between China and America and opened a new aspect of rebuilding education situation to reshape the moral belief.It＇s also provides a cultural way for observing the regularity characteristic of moral education.
