氯离子侵蚀是导致结构耐久性下降的一个重要因素,研究氯离子浓度沿水泥基材料深度的变化规律对正确评估材料的耐久性具有重要意义。在试验研究基础上,应用灰色模型对氯离子浓度沿PVA纤维水泥基复合材料深度的变化规律进行研究,结果表明:氯离子浓度随侵入深度的增加呈减小的趋势;PVA掺量为0.5%的水泥基复合材料抗氯离子渗透性能最好;模拟值与试验值之间的平均误差小于3.5%,具有较高的精度。GM(1,1)模型可以用于模拟和预测PVA纤维水泥基复合材料中氯离子浓度的变化。
Chloride attack was an important factor to deteriorate structural durability, and it was necessary to research chloride distribution of PVA fiber cementitious composites along different depths.Based on test results, Grey Model was applied to simulate and predict the chloride distribution variation of cementitious composites, and the following conclusions were drawn firstly, chloride concentration decreased with depth.Secondly, the optimum fiber content of PVA fiber cementitious composites for resistance to chloride permeability was 0.5%.Thirdly, the average error was less than 3.5% between simulated values and test values and precision was better, so GM ( 1,1 ) model was applied to simulate and predict the chloride distribution variation.
