试验研究冻融对PVA纤维水泥基氯离子结合能力的影响.试验采用400mm×100mm×100mm的长方体试件,以质量分数为3.5%的氯化钠溶液作为侵蚀溶液,在荷载作用、氯盐侵蚀、冻融循环共同作用下,通过试验研究,理论分析,模型校验的方法,得到自由氯离子浓度与总氯子浓度和结合氯离子浓度之间的关系.试验结果表明:结合氯离子的浓度随着冻融次数的增加而增加,随着纤维掺量的变化没有明显的变化;结合氯离子浓度与自由氯离子浓度总体呈线性增长趋势,预测模型符合试验结果.该模型可用于实际试验中用来分析结合氯离子与自由氯离子的关系.
Taking a 400mm×100mm×100mm rectangular specimen as testing object and the sodium chloride solution with mass concentration of 3. 5 % as erosion solution, the influence of freezing-thawing on combining ability of chlorine ion based on PVA fiber cement was investigated experimentally under condi- tion of load action, chloride corrosion, and freezing-thawing cycles. By means of experimental investiga- tion, theoretical analysis, and model validation, the relation of free chlorine concentration to that of total chlorine ion and bound chlorine ion was obtained. The experimental result shows that the concentration of bound chloride ion will increase with the number of freezing-thawing, and will not change much with the fiber content and the concentrations of bound chlorine ion and free chlorine ion will exhibit a trend of linear increase in a general way. The result from forecast model is consistent with the experimental one. This model can be used in actual test to analyze the relation of bound chlorine ions with free chlorine ions.
