采用灰色理论GM(1,1)模型,研究氯盐环境干湿循环作用下PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料(polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced composites composite简写为PVA-FRCC)强度退化规律和使用寿命,分析干湿循环次数和纤维体积掺量对材料强度退化的影响,并基于强度退化规律预测氯盐环境干湿循环作用下PVA-FRCC的使用寿命。结果表明:GM(1,1)模型能很好的预测氯盐环境干湿循环作用下PVA-FRCC强度退化规律,且模型精度高而稳定;当PVA纤维体积掺量为1.5%时,材料表现出较高的抗氯盐侵蚀能力和较长的使用寿命。
Grey model GM( 1,1 ) is applied to study the strength degradation and life prediction of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced composites composite (PVA - FRCC) under the influence of chlorine salt environment and dry - wet cycle. Analysis dry - wet cycle number and fiber volume parameters on the effect of strength degradation, thus service life of PVA - FRCC can be predicted based on the strength degradation law. The research results show that strength degradation of PVA - FRCC is simulated better based on GM( 1,1 ) model and simulative results agrees well with the experimental ones.Chloride salt erosion capability is stronger and service life is longer when PVA fiber volume parameters of PVA - FRCC is 1.5%.
